Servco Marine Claims (“SMC”), a division of Servco Insurance Services, provides fee-based marine adjusting and risk management services to vessel owners, operators and insurers. Evie Black, the Director of Marine Claims for SMC, oversees the services provided by SMC. Ms. Black has an extensive background in the marine adjusting and risk management area, having owned and operated her own marine adjusting firm, as well as having served as the manager of the marine claims department for a large multi-line adjusting firm in the State of Hawaii. Ms. Black was also a partner with the law firm of Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel where she focused her practice in the area of admiralty and maritime litigation.
